The mall itself has many shops, dining and entertainment options. The Seabrook Riverfront Park features a beach, playgrounds, and numerous public walking paths.
There are also many museums in East Hampton. The historic West End Waterfront Museum is located on the waterfront between Main Street and Broad Street. The New England Aquarium is also located on Water Street and is home to many rare and beautiful marine animals. The National Maritime Museum is located on the river front between Main Street and Broad Street.
East Hampton Connecticut is also known for many sporting events including the U.S. Amateur and US Senior Amateur Championships. The local area hosts a number of major league baseball teams such as the New Haven Yankees. The East Hampton Lions play professional baseball in the Eastern League.
